Hey guys! I just thought I'd confirm a little something. Yes, I did win Anime North's cover contest!



My art is going on the program book cover for Anime North this month! Thanks everyone for the support! This completely makes up for my Sakura-con fail (what's funny is I actually thought I had a good chance with that one and a blah chance with this one, haha). But that's perfectly okay because this convention is larger and has more going for it, me thinks. I suppose the next thing to do is decide which convention art contests I'll be entering next xD. I'm trying to enter as many as I can throughout the country, maybe even internationally (AN is technically international for me, lol). I don't think I'll get much of an alternate prize, as I won't be going to Anime North, but it's the merit that counts! I'm so honored to be selected! I didn't think I stood a chance, really. But it's nice to know that things went the way they did, I guess xD
